Our experienced team use modern technology to plan and process your sheet material orders. We use Magicut optimising software to convert your cutting list input into the most effective & economical cutting plan.

The plan is used to quantify the type and number of sheets plus cutting time for calculating the overall price. Once approved the data is transferred "online" to one of our two Holzma beam saws for cutting.

In order to streamline planning we provide an Excel spreadsheet template and files for sheet material codes and edging tape codes.

Our customers may download these files and use them to create detailed cutting lists and to give instructions for edgebanding. Please ask for help & guidance to use this facility.

 

Fine Tolerances
Accuracy and quality of the cut edge is of the utmost importance. The accuracy achieved is outstanding with tolerances within 0.2mm or better. Our TCT blade sets are changed frequently, each machine performs as designed by Holzma.

Computer Optimising
Our computer-based optimising service allows for rapid planning and costing of sheet material cutting lists. A high level of accuracy is achieved on all materials, including melamine faced and wood veneered products.
